PTS is needed for almost all health facilities, including primary health care, clinics and outpatient clinics. We have achieved very high precision and speed of action in this field. We carry out orders within Poland and abroad.

We carry out medical transport and PTS as part of services financed by the NHF, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We carry out private transports and transports ordered by:
- Primary Health Care clinics in and around Wrocław
- hospitals
We guarantee the highest quality of our services.
Our fleet consists of professional ambulances for transporting people lying and sitting. They are run by experienced drivers and ensure high patients’ comfort.
Our equipment ensures comfort and safety for every patient, regardless of their condition and mobility.
Our transport teams consist of experienced drivers, paramedics and qualified rescuers. They possess high logistics skills and propriety. They make every effort to ensure that transport is as stress-free as possible for the patient.
We are well known for efficiency, which translates into speed of action. We generally collect the patient within an hour of notification

The main distinguishing feature of our activities is the availability of the Transport Coordinator at the 24/7 telephone number +48 730 730 444. However, there is a whole set of aspects that defines our approach to work.
This is our priority, and the feature that definitely distinguishes us on the market. We are never late for the agreed transport, and the average time to reach the patient is a reason for us to be proud of- we are on site 3 times faster than required by law! We understand how important it is for patients to reach their destination quickly.
We are on duty every day from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 7:00 pm. This way we have full control over all activities and we can efficiently respond to changes. If necessary, we extend the roster hours, and in the case of unexpected urgent transport orders, we engage an additional team. We do everything to arrive on time in every situation!!!
We accept orders for PTS by phone +48 730 730 444. It is always on and reachable. Our internal procedures allow us to respond in every situation. We are ready for anything.
We respond quickly to any changes regarding transport booked with us. We are constantly looking for new solutions that will allow to fulfill the order without compromising the arrival time and quality of service. We remain friendly to our patients and help them reach their destination feeling good. We look after our patients in a wholesome way – by taking care of their physical and mental comfort we help them reach their destination in high spirits.
In our work, we treat people with great respect and propriety. We treat patients in the way we would like to be treated in the disease by medical staff. We act in a way we would like the medical staff to act if we were the patient.

You’d like to pay with a card immediately after the transport or for an Emergency Medical Service at the site of the event?
No problem! Our ambulances are equipped with electronic payment terminals, thanks to which you can make payments quickly and safely.
